Can anyone tell me if their have internet issues with suddenlink? Mine went out about 1 and called the office they said there were no reported issues.

I would unplug the Modem and Router and let it sit for a least three minutes then plug back in 4951

I've said it before, but if your using one of suddenlinks garbage routers that they rent to you, it could be your problem. Go spend $150 bucks on your own quality router and you'll be good to go. 4951

@ZMAN: I had to reset mine again.  I have a Belkin not one from Suddenlink.  Not sure how much we paid for it.

Mine kept going in and out at the house and I would call and get ill.  Finally, I got a tech over and found out that is was my main wire running into the house that was causing the issue.  Luckily I had an old satellite line running in so he used it.  Since then, I have had no issues (knock on wood!).  Speed is even up to what I am actually paying for. 4951

Mine is always fine, but I'm in a new(er) neighborhood. I seem to remember someone saying that the older your neighborhood the worse service you get. Something to do with old vs. new lines?  4951

@imadrummer2k: For sure less infrastructure in place in the older neighborhoods, they can't seem to handle the loads in NWH, every night about 7pm things deteriorate, some nights it is full of disconnects and some nights it is just slower.
