My brother in law tried it this past week.  He said he felt a little better.  There's a place in Atascocita that does this.If your husband suffers from pain, it is worth a shot.  Look for a groupon. 4951

Been in the one at the Conservatory, interesting to say the least. I dont think it has caught on like it should. I agree with the science on it. 4951

@pickles, has your dh tried acupuncture?  If not, I have a great lady I can recommend to you here in Kingwood.  @ExBlue recommended her to me.  She is great.

@Fallon: If you don't mind me asking what is the price on acupuncture and do you know if it's covered by insurance?  My DH has no L4 or 5 so we are working on ways to correct that.  Unfortunately he did power lifting before his injury so he is a big man.  They can't go in and try to fuse or insert any kind of devices until he drops weight.  They are afraid the top part of his body will crush down so we have to wait.  He has done numerous steroid/cortisone and another kinds of injections in his back but it doesn't give him much relief and hurts my pocket every time.  He has been doing some water PT but the one nerve to his left leg is being crushed so he always has pain making it hard for him to walk.  I would love to try something else.  Any info you have would be great. TIA

@dotti573, she may take insurance but if she does I think you would have to file it.I think her initial visit is a bit over 100.  And her follow up ones may be 75.  I can't remember off hand, but maybe @ExBlue can.  It has been a year since I went.  I think she is great.  I really didn't think it would work, and thought it was all hoodogoroo.   I went, got the treatment. Came home,  and really started to notice the difference in a few days.  And felt the difference for a month. She us to be an RN so she really is one of the best imoEmoticon

@Fallon: Can you PM me the info please.  Once we have some extra cash we will look into this.
