Lol I haven't gotten there yet, because I'm still a newlywed. I guess a year & 4 months in is still considered a newlywed? Eye rolling leads to you saying hey babe let's pick up something to eat or I'll cook. Happy wife happy life! 4951

Nope mine lets me know ahead of time when it is good time to eat out. Usually when the kids drain her is a time she tells me. 4951

@CC1974:  My wife of 40 years will wait and ask me that about an hour before we usually eat.  I don't know what she's defrosted, or has in the fridge or pantry!I used to name things until I picked something that she could fix (and she probably planned anyway).  Now, I just roll my eyes when she asks this.  What it really usually means is "What type of take-out do you want?"
