Smallest package of pork belly was still 4 pound.
What to do with more pork belly than one can eat before the "turns to poison" date?
 
Place in wax paper and freeze it.

@FoFa: No such thing. Saying you have an over supply of pork belly is like saying you have an over supply of money, its impossible to have too much 4951

it is basically bacon, but in the raw form, it is generally uncured, unsmoked and comes in much thicker cuts. Its like bacon in its purest form. 100% pure and uncut, LOL 4951

season (Curing salt)(do not want botulism) and slow smoke it at 165 degrees for several hours. this will turn the pork belly into bacon. The smoking will preserve the meat for a long time 4951
