I need someone affordable that knows their stuff. I'm having trouble growing grass in front and have tried a few things. It's very shaded. I think I need more dirt and the right seeds or sod. Maybe someone that can suggest a good landscaping company.
I'd like honest reliable company or person.
Any suggestions?
@king713: Â I had a problem keeping grass alive in my front yard. Â Turns out that there was almost no topsoil and it was mostly clay. Â Matt at Prime Lawn did a total redesign, added sprinklers and relandscaped. Â For the soil, they used a special tiller and mixed in a truckload of fruit and vegetable compost without damaging existing tree roots, then laid sod. Â He's not cheap but he does great work!
