PCT 4 Deputies busted a Kingwood woman last week with a sizable amount of meth. On Friday, 2/10/17, around 7:45PM, the Montgomery County PCT 4 Constable's Office conducted a drug investigation at a home in Porter. Verbal consent to search the interior of the home was given by the homeowner. During the search, deputies located a white plastic grocery bag lying on the couch. Inside the bag was a digital scale with a clear crystal like residue on it. Also, a clear plastic bag containing approximately 2 oz of crystal-like rocks was found. The substance field tested positive to be methamphetamine, which totaled over 55 grams. After the initial investigation, it was discovered that the drugs, scale and plastic bag belonged to a female identified as Kristin Tolar (28) from Kingwood. Tolar was arrested for a first degree felony 1 charge for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance. 4951
