Did you see the video coverage when the Trumps went to the White House to meet with the Obamas?Limo arrived, Trump popped out and charged up the stairs to shake Obama's hand.Where was Melania?  She came around the rear of the limo, holding a package for the Obamas.Did Trump even look to see where she was?  No.  She had to climb the stairs with no assistance from her husband. He certainly is not an example of a gentleman in the old sense of the word, is he?Hopefully young men know the difference......even my grandson noticed how rude he was. It's ok. to walk one step behind the Queen for her husband.  But is it custom for the presidents? 4951

@calguy: He should step down immediately-or be impeached. I'm glad all you dems are catching these things. Was his tie too long as well, omg!

Obama 08:"We can't keep passing unfair trade deals
like NAFTA that put special interests over workers' interests." Obama did nothing on NAFTA in 8 years. Trump today already working to make it fair. 4951

I didn't see what you are referencing. However, I would imagine that he is a real challenge to be married to. But I really can not worry about what his wife has to put up with. She knew going in, I'm sure, that he came with baggage.  But let's be honest.  How a couple works out their individual married relationship is pretty far down on the list of things to be concerned about when someone is the president.  To be realistic, she may have wanted him to go on ahead of her to not be in the spotlight as much. He may have just gotten carried away in the moment and forgotten to wait for her. Who knows?  4951

SO and I both noticed it as well. A few friends did too. President Obama actually helped her up the stairs. Same thing happened with her chair at the luncheon. I know a lady that will literally stand at a door until her date opens it for her. Lol. 4951

Wow, I had no idea our new first lady has health issues that don't allow her to climb stairs without a man's assistance.  Oh wait, are you saying that all women need helping getting up the steps?  See how ridiculous it sounds... 4951

You really want to bring up Clinton?
Clinton with an intern in the White House, then lying about it. You think that is the same as Trump not helping Melania up the steps. Really? 4951

@CC1974: Hillary was not the one who was unfaithful, but her husband's behavior was brought up endlessly. Why was it not treated as a non-issue for her, but it is a non-issue for the Donald? 4951
