@CC1974:

I keep asking the libs on Facebook why they were not concerned about these issues on January 19th! That Obama was in office 8 years and these so called issues have been there for many years before Obama!

So why, all of a sudden, they are marching in protest, that had they protested during Obama's reign he might have been interest in their cause and do something about it!

I also pointed out that PRESIDENT Trump was busy on the inauguration day with parades & pomp and circumstance...... He didn't have time yet to do all they say he had done!

It takes a special kind of stupid to be a liberal! 4951

@CC1974: What is the point of the question?  An equally vacuous question would be if one were to ask what he has done since being inaugurated.  If the idea is to demean women, just say that.  Some morons and some non-morons marched.  I understood the majority that marched peacefully to be asking for progress to not be walked back.  My daughter marched in DC.  No hat, no t-shirt, no grabbing her crotch.  She respects what serious women have done in the past.I find it disappointing and disgusting that women on this site are advocating for inequality where they are the inferior party.  OOOOH eee, you would not have enjoyed an encounter with any of the women I grew up with in my family.My great grandmother was born in 1880.  She would have gone nuts with the passivity masked by pseudo-aggression so many women here display.  I am a male.  You give an inch, we'll take a mile.  Females should do the same   4951

Not a dang thing!If these women are suffering now, it has to be because of O.  He was President for 8 years.  By the time the march happened, Trump hadn't been Pres for 8 hours.

@mulmye I think it is the irrational fear that some women are expressing now that trump is POTUS. They seem to think they will be lined up against a wall and be forced to let any man grab their p***y. Some believe he is going to round up minorities, including ?????lgbt??????? And as Rachel Maddow said, put them in internment camps. There are a lot of unfounded fears. That seems to be what these women are protesting..the unknown and the assumptions 4951

He wasn't even in office 24 hours before this **** started! Most of that time was parades and pomp & circumstance! What exactly did he do?

And, more importantly, these same issues the marching fools are whining about existed the day before, here Obama's administration! Why the hell didn't they protest then? He was one of them, he might have been able to use that magic pen of his and right an OD for them!

What don't the libs get about that? Are they that stupid? I keep saying... It takes a special kind of stupid to be a lib.... This match prices it even more than the riots and the safe spaces and the complaining about the electorial results!

For the majority, no..but she has an audience. There was/is just not a unified message with these women other than HATE TRUMP. Its hard to understand what they were trying to accomplish.

@TexasOmaOk, privileged, angry, based on your description of your driving, aggressive and now nasty.  Go on, I think liberals mind you calling them nasty.  We may have to stop this soon, due to too many descriptives.  Let us make a deal, we'll stop at six.  Choose your last 2 wisely.  Changing a profile is an arduous task.  I will save yo.u the the trouble.  Yes, I am whatever you say. 4951

Like other liberal movements, occupy wall street, black lives matter, this latest march, none have a clear, consistent, coherent message. Whine, *****, complain, be a victim.....Nobody here says women shouldn't be paid equal pay for equal work, or have less rights. We understand where things stand today.  Most women aren't victims, we have choices in our lives.  Why don't they respect women who choose a traditional role???  Or women who value the life of the unborn?   4951

@BooBear: I know at least 10 women and a couple of men that marched in DC.  None because they hate Trump.  When it comes to the biggest stage to present issues, DC the weekend of the Presidential inauguration is the big top at the circus.  Other cities had much larger attendance but the focus was on DC, thus the clowns from the outlier crowd.  Just like the "deplorables" statement was inappropriate, after all, David Duke did not speak for even a majority of Trump voters, neither did Ms. CIccone speak for the marchers I know.   I suspect that is true for the majority.Gee, I hope I am spelling Madonna's birth last name correctly.  Scorn requires correct spelling.

@mulmye:
They are the evidently silent majority. The views of moderates are not mentioned, its not sensational enough..for the right news, it points to their crazy, for the left it points to their rightous outrage. The media is winning again it seems.

I admit that ciccone sounded familiar but I couldnt place the name till you mentioned it was madonna's name so no idea of the spelling and I just don't care enough to Google it.
