Hey ya'll, I need some input. I am putting together a food truck festival for Kingwood in February and am in the process of securing the trucks. Anyone have any favorites I should seek out first? I know a lot of people like the Cousins Lobster truck but I have a list of over 200 trucks from Houston and want to bring in what Kingwood wants (if possible) before opening it up to "just anyone". I don't go downtown much so I don't really frequent these guys... 4951

Koagie Hots in Houston has good cheesesteaks and other stuff. I eat there once a month or so as a bunch of different food trucks come to our office complex. 4951

I haven't personally tried them, but I have a lot of friends that like Every-Bellies. They are a baked potato place. 4951

@allymansfield Kreole Soul is a good one. A friend used them for a fundraiser, and the shrimp po-boys were yummy. I have their card if you want the phone number. 4951

@Annie: I second this suggestion. We tried it at a festival last year. It was so good that we have been making Korean tacos periodically ever since.

Here is the link to Koagie Hots menu:  koagiehots.com/menu/ I think Kreole Soul came to our office (or maybe does once a month) and I tried it too, and it was good.  It may have been a different name but was close to that at least! 4951
