I find it hilarious that DC, Maryland, and New Hampshire have a higher gun ownership rate than Texas and Connecticut is
@Retired_Engineer: Just goes to show you how misguided texas perceptions are.
@CantStandTex: Actually, it shows how misguided many people's perceptions in other states are about Texas. I didn't say I was surprised about those NE states, I said I find it hilarious. @calguy: If Houston is "slowly returning to the good old days of the wild west", what are your thoughts about all the states that have a higher gun rate than Texas?
@Retired_Engineer: I don't think it's seriously misguided. The total population with all of our metro/city areas skews the stats.
@podunk: I'm sure the murder rate for the big cities in Texas totals more than all the rural areas of Texas, but I couldn't find any data to confirm that. The same for gun ownership.
What if what you are told isn't true
What if truth wasn't factual
What if interests governed your mind
What if facts were driven by interests
What if you were told what to believe
What if you believed everything you were told
What if you didn't know the difference
What if your ignorance was assumed
What if most don't question or fact check
What if people that want to control you know this
@TXtransplant: You and I are on the same page. I'll bet you're not a youngster, either. Most of them are so thoroughly brainwashed, these questions are sacrilegious to them.
