I watched it for the first time and can totally relate.  Thinking seriously about getting a juicer and doing a reboot and adding juice to my daily meal plan. 4951

I was going to juice once, then I realized you can't really juice tacos and margaritas. I did do a 4 day juice cleanse before my wedding though. They delivered all of it fresh to my front door. You may want to try that before investing in a juicer. It was a horrible 4 days. 4951

Just eat the stuff you are planning to juice. Why liquefy? Probably could use the fiber anyway. 4951

We juiced for a while. Once the novelty wore off, I realized the massive quantities of produce I was buying. Trips to Sprouts every other day. A ton of fiber was wasted and the juicer was a pain to clean.

Other than that, the juice tasted good.

Why not just buy fresh vegetables, lean meats/fish, and lay off potatoes and rice?  It seems like that would be easier and much more satisfying.  Doing the above, and then limiting eating out to a couple meals a week seems to work well for us. 4951
