No offense Fofa, but I could care less about that irrelevant worthless *****. For now she is out of the picture. Hopefully they will still prosecute here after the 20th ..........that way that worthless Kenyan cannot pardon her prior to our REAL PRESIDENT coming into office. 4951
Just saw a new story this morning, an appeals court reopened her email server investigation, saying more avenues exist to obtain missing emails, basically.
A judge just ruled the civil FOIA lawsuits are still open for business.Mainly due to the FBI only looking into one account. She had multiple private accounts, not just the one and denied having anymore accounts. FOIA lawsuits normally fail due to the Government stalling and outspending. Won't work this time. Judicial Watch has deep pockets. It will go on for years. She no longer has the means to fight it. I assume she will have to settle soon. No way she can afford all the fees to include her staff which she is paying. Media has 100% ignored the financial damage this is causing her. Has to be getting in the 10's of millions. She is only worth about 100 million. 4951
Obama can issue an unconditional pardon which would pardon her for any crimes she may have committed up to the date of the pardon. It was done for Ricard Nixon. I think Obama will do this. I don't see her ever being indicted anyway. 4951

@sweetie: These are civil cases. Nothing to do with crimes. Pardon won't help her. 4951
He will not be giving her a pardon. For one, it ruins his legacy. Not much to preserve but that would be a nuclear strike on him. It's basically admitting she was guilty. Nixon said he was not a crook but he certainly did not try to fight it. GUILTY. No way Obama ruins his legacy over her. He never liked her anyway, stuck her in a corner at the State Dept. Only reason he kept her around was to manufacture easy money for the party which she did. Â 4951
