Seriously, it's barely 7:00 pm and they are out of baguettes and bread bowls. Slicing bagels as a sub. Not bad, but still. Oh, and I got the LAST bottled water. They said they run out of things almost every day.

Management problem, maybe? 4951

Tight inventory, minimal waste, maximize profits. I'm sure it is a dance every day. 4951

@ET: That's cool if you focus on breakfast and lunch. When you market for dinner, though, you need to make sure you have basic inventory, especially your signature item.

You have not had much luck with dining out lately.

@ET: It is when you're out shopping and just want a good salad or a light dinner. They have a spicy Asian Thai salad that is really good. 4951

On the plus side when you do get stuff at these places you know it's fresh. 4951

It is probably management for that one location. It may be hard to predict traffic off highway (if you are talking about Kingwood location). We've been to the Atascocita one at closing and they donate all bread/bagels/pastries they have left -- and it fills up a car trunk!
So, it is fresh every day and nothing goes to waste.... 4951
