I always tell my wife I don't want anything, but she usually gets me something cool anyway. Usually tools, which I like, or something to do with one of my many hobbies. It's nice, but I don't really need anything though. I'd rather spend the money she uses on my gifts on her and the kids. I'd be happy with some candy and a six pack.

My husband is usually the same way, although he did request a lawnmower this year. Considering we need a new one anyway, I don't really consider that as technically asking for a gift.
@foxymama I would just ask him if there's anything he might want or need. Chances are he just got too caught up in moving and new job location that he hasn't really given it much thought. Is there anything y'all might have gotten rid of to help make the move easier that he might miss later on? 4951
