Insurance industry has deep pockets, and they got deeper with the ACA.
@deltadawn: You're 100% incorrect-not even an opinion it's a fact. The majority of the carriers in the ACA are losing a bunch (hence them getting out of the exchanges) and a very small percentage are just losing some-the "pockets getting deeper since the ACA" is just humorous (but not correct). Why would the be pulling out if they are making so much $-that would be pretty stupid don't you think? You're going to disagree with me on the CEO's as I know you dems want everybody in the same class no matter how hard you work or how smart you are or what you put in/gave up to be where you are at -but that's a tuff *** job-lots of smarts/business sense/and frigging hard work and giving up any personal/family life to make an insurance co operate well and stay in business and stay competitive-they deserve every bit of it. It's a drop in the bucket compared to whats been spent (just take the $ spent on the website-which wouldn't be so sad if the website (such a simple job) wasn't so screwed up) on Obamacare,
