@ctl74: Well for starters I am refusing to use the D word.. I just started drinking tons of water, wearing my fit bit and hitting 10k steps, some treadmill time, and riding my bike on weekends. As for eating I have been eating every 3 hours... grapes, cheese stick, adkins shake, veggies healthy stuff to keep my metabolism going..  I have survived off salads and chicken or turkey cooked cooked on my foreman grill with veggies or avocado. That is about it.. Started about 2 months ago.  I give myself a bit of a break on weekends.. I enjoy a couple margaritas and a meal out.That is all...  Gonna be tough with the holidays, thanks for that reminder....ughhhh  Once I am in a ZONE I have pretty good self control.Cruise planned for May... Trick will be keeping it off...
