I don't blame the Never Trumpers that were not Republicans but for the ones that are Republicans and Refuse to vote for him or the Politicians that would not even support their nominee, the Democrat Party thanks you from the bottom of their hearts.  You were a good pawn.  They said how bad Hillary was but they always had the intention on voting for her her anyway.  I don't think he is the best person to run the Country either but he is the best choice we have to choose from today.  Thanks to you we now get a chance to have a Mexico style corrupt government, I am sure the violent crimes and cartel activities will not get any worse under that kind of government.  Thank you for standing for your principles and I am sure it will lead to a better place for your children and grandchildren. 4951

@Metro07: I think many Republicans felt they were standing for their principles when they shied away from him. I felt they started shying more away from him when it came out what demographic group was attracted to Trump. Neither party, long term, can win with that reality because they must appeal to "minorities". I put that in quotes because they will be the majority soon.

@KevinJ, no way any Rep, can be standing on any values and stand by and let Hillary win. What values would those be?  Having no issue with someone like Hillary, allowing partial birth abortions to be law?  Having no issues with the corruption that is, and has, been Hillary for the past 30 years in political office?  Having no issues with open borders?  This is direct quote from her, not making this up, simple fact.  The left can say Trump is a racist for ever, but repeating lies do not make them fact.  I have seen more hate and hate speech from the left during this campaign than ever before.  And that is saying something, after the way the left went after Palin and her child with Down's syndrome.

@Fallon: I said they shied away from him because of him; I didn't say they went to Hilary. They just couldn't vote for him.  Haven't you heard them in the news say they won't vote for him because of what he has said?  I can't make their opinion untrue. If that is how they felt; that is how they felt. You would have to ask them who they are going to vote for or if they are going to vote at all. But, it is not just the Republicans in the news; Republicans I know have said similar things. Maybe they feel, even though you don't apparently, that they now prefer Hilary. It is their choice to determine what values they choose; it isn't for us to say what should matter to them and change their mind about leaving Trump according to their values. Maybe they don't agree abortion is an issue so much as you do. Or maybe they don't feel open borders can even be fixed. Who knows? But to assume a Republican who stops supporting Trump has no values isn't even a valid argument. A person's values are their own.

Eh, it's not the Never Trumpers fault Hillary is going to be elected. It's the people who propped him up in the first place. YOU were the pawns when you bought into all this silly "establishment vs. non-establishment" rhetoric that got Trump nominated in the first place. Trump is destroying the Republican party from within and his supporters are too busy blaming everyone else to see it. Exhibit A - this thread. Maybe if the tea party and their ilk would stop marginalizing moderate conservatives by calling us liberals, accusing us of being Hillary supporters and saying we have no values (LOL...),  the GOP wouldn't be on the verge of imploding like it is now...... 4951

What's funny is the Clintons have shown in the past they don't respect the office. Why do you think that has changed? 4951

Lifelong Republican here, but I would NEVER vote for trump. He is just like putin, just like Hitler, just like Escobar. He is corrupt down to his heart.

1 year of trump would be worse than 8 more years of Obama. 4951

No, I can't stand her. Hillary should be in jail. Right along side trump.

No I'll be writing in Evan Mcmullin, who's running mate is a Kingwood native. Look him up, he's probably going to win Utah. 4951

McMullin is LDS......kind of self-explanatory why that's a big deal in UT. Trump will get the nod in UT though. 4951

Also, here is another sign that trump is wrong for office:
-Every living ex-president has stated they won't ever vote for him.
-Every living GOP nominee from the past 30 years has stated they won't ever vote for him.
-Assad support trump.
-putin supports trump.
-Pyongyang supports trump.
-kkk supports trump.

Need I go on? 4951
