Today I got all my cabinet plywood straightened up on the rack out in the shop and used some clamps to pull it all nice and tight to avoid any humidity based warpage. I did a calculation, 10 sheets of 3/4 inch and 12 sheets of 1/2 inch plywood is about 1600lbs. That rack is loaded down for sure. Hopefully start making saw dust next week. 4951

@WJo: Well, not really. Cabinets similar to the ones I am making would run around $10K.

@WJo: Most commercially available cabinetry nowadays is sawdust board. Well made plywood cabinets with hardwood fascias are quite pricey. You can make a great table saw pay for itself with one kitchen.
