If you mean for 2016, you will fight next spring. If you mean 2015, too late, the fight is over. I have successfully done it myself - requires work and patience. I now have a lawyer do it probono. He takes a third of the savings. He was a new one and successful in achieving reduction this year, after I fired my old one for non-performance for two years (no reduction, held flat).
