truer words were never spoken ...when I was 25 I weighed 106 lbs. ....... at 30 I weighed 118 ....at 40 I tipped the scales at 130........at 50 I was pushing 150 lbs.........at 60 I was miserable at 200 lbs. so I started dieting & watching my weight & every morning I stepped on my scales to see which way it was going that day ...up or down ...today I'm in my 70's + and I'm a very healthy 134 lbs. as of this morning . It takes will power & a good diet to stay on track . Being a size 20 was no fun at all...being a size 10 is awesome & that's where I will stay from now on . I tell my grandkids & great grand kids to eat well & leave the junk food alone or down the road they will be fighting a battle for their health . 4951
