What can I say the LAWS are in place for Law Abiding not those who feel  law don't apply to them. Shame b/c the children are being raised with the same sentiment and the vicious cycle continue to grow. Besides fireworks I wonder how many ppl have any idea what is that we celebrate on July 4th? Pledge of Allegiance is no longer remember. SMH  4951

Why do people say that the kids don't recite the pledge? Since my kids started school they've always recited it. 4951

I beg to differ, speeding can affect others however it is the few in the area of the speeding vehicle, jay walking primarily affects the jay walker and maybe a few vehicles, Fireworks affect the masses since the noise cannot be confined to your yard and what if something shot off comes down on house 3 blocks away and catches fire? So many unpredictictables...

Yep I work at an elementary school in KW and the kids say the Pledge of Allegiance, the Texas pledge and the school pledge daily.  When I taught preschool I had my three year olds learn the pledge Emoticon 4951
