My sister wants to go to an event at the Hobby Center on Wednesday night. She wants me to go with her ad her kids. Last time I went out, 59S was a parking lot, the feeders and the 1960 exit were closed, and it has rained a good bit since then. Can any of you who have to get out on 59 during the day tell me if traffic has returned to the normal flow, or is it still crawling due to flooding?  Is it pure silliness to think I might be able to get from Northpark to the Hobby Center without huge delays? Or without running into flooded roads that prevent passage?Does anyone know how to find out if the roads are passable?  4951
