"Moe's Southwest Grill" is going in where the old Quiznos, right next to 24 Hour Fitness, in Atascocita, used to be....  The sign is up, as well as a Now Hiring notification, so I'm assuming it should be opening up fairly soon, my friends...  Link With Menu: www.moes.com/Also, right next to Which Wich Sandwiches (by Ross in Atascocita) a Mencie's Frozen Yogurt is going in, which also has a Now Hiring sign up.... Shogun Japanese Grill And Sushi House (where old Johnny Carino's used to located, right next to Lupe Tortilla, in Atascocita) also has their sign up, a Now Hiring banner, and should be opening up any time now I would anticipate ....                                               Link With Menu: http://www.shogungrill.com/default.htm.....And with Buffalo Wild Wings set to open up (in the very near future) where Los Vega used to be located (in the shopping center where Aldi's Grocery is, directly behind Burger King, in Atascocita) Los Vega has now relocated, but is not yet open, to the already free standing building right by Taco Flores off of 1960....

Yeah, I think so. I'll have to see if I still like it now that I've lived in TX for 6 years and truly appreciate Tex Mex. :-) 4951

You made my day! Menchie's makes frozen yogurt cakes that is so exciting for a lactose and intolerant person lol. And... I apologize ahead of time for my table manners at BWW. 4951

I looked at Moe's menu and, visually, it looks very similar to several places we already have around here. Having never eaten there, could one of Moe's fans share what makes this place good, special, or the bombdotcom? 4951

No Moe's is originally a franchise from Georgia. They are a quick/cafe type of Mexican food.  I hope they make it, but with the real competition around here I don't see it.  Their food does look good, so maybe we will all be surprised.  They target strip malls with areas of at least 50K with a mid range of income.  They really are an affordable franchise, and I hope whomever bought the one here is crazy successful.

@Fallon: Seems a lot like Pollo Tropical and Taco Bell. Not knocking it, just seems like the area is already over saturated with places like this.

I think this area is really craving a good, fresh, home style, homecooking, non-chain, non-fast food place. Farm 2 Market had a good idea, minus the bad management and limited menu, concept and bad execution.

@donnatellaSame here, dude....  The Menu seemed similar, in my humble opinion, to that of Chipotle or Mission Burrito (now Uberrito)....  But I did notice they state that every order gets FREE Chips and Salsa, which, if decent, is a Win Win!  FREE Chips and Salsa = MUY BUEN!                      I'm excited to see a non-regular chain here and peep out their Tacos....

Exactly @donnatella.  We need a good local place that does homestyle meals.  One that is clean. lol

@Fallon: Like a local place with cafeteria choices like Lubys, Cracker Barrel or Cheddars. I just really dislike the short cuts, mass produced, crap out of a can, that is common with chains.

Gather a group of moms and grandmothers with fantastic family recipes in a commercial kitchen and let them work their magic. 4951

@donnatella: You would definitely like Potato Patch. Yes it is the same place that throws the rolls.
