We just got home from a 3,200 mile trip to pick up a tractor, some deck furniture and a car. What a crazy trip! We were gone for 2 weeks and during that time our wild hog trapper trapped 8 hogs and killed several more. They are so plentiful in our back yard that we had to put up an electric fence between the woods and the yard. Getting rid of a dozen of those horrid things is a small welcome home victory for us!! If anyone needs the name and number of the trapper, let me know... he is very amazing and very brave!

@donnatella: We live on a few acres one mile outside of Kingwood, since 2009.

Wow sounds like you need to buy a couple freezers!

@thetarget9: The trapper takes them... he says he sells them to the taco stands. I tried the meat once... yuk.

@QueenB: Yep, they are not nearly as tasty as our fat, steroid-enhanced, and cage-raised pigs. They are usually tough and gamey.
