Does anyone live over there or have any idea at the price range? I assume they are $250-$300ish. We briefly looked one day and they seem very nice. Anticipating a move around the first of the year and looking at possibilities. 4951

When we walked through there a while back everything was well north of $300K, I recall the brownstone types were in the $400s, pretty nice but lots of stairs. I think the developer took a bath so they may be priced lower if any available. Keep in mind that somebody could build in front of those any time now.  The ones by the bank were OK but I didn't like the layout - bank on one side, parking lot and more future construction on the other. 4951
Thanks for the info @ET. We just might stick to traditional homes. Hubs would like to eliminate lawn and landscaping from his list, so it was just an option. I think he would rather keep the yard guy. 4951

@donnatella: It is handy to be able to walk to the restaurants. 4951

@ET: I commute for a living, an hour each way. I have no problem driving to restaurants. It is a nice thought, though. 4951

@donnatella: There are some great patio homes in the retreat with low maintenance or little yard. Some are just gorgeous inside and prices are $150,000 - $250,000 4951
Saw one a while back listed on HAR that was a one bedroom, listed for under 200K, I want to say lower than $150 even, but I am not sure. I was looking for my MIL but she wanted more bedrooms...I think they are pretty highly sought after and the price reflects that. I have heard they are very nice though. Next time I see one come up for sale, I may just go nose around to see what they look like! 4951
