I have been craving boudin balls and decided to make my own this weekend.
@SenseOfHumor: I've only made them a few times. They were good, but nothing like I'd get from a restaurant or a real cajun cook. I used cornmeal to bread mine, only because I like my fried catfish that way. Also, mustard is my dip of choice with boudin. Louisiana Hot Sauce is good too.
