I believe you but I just don't get it. I've never had an ounce of bad service or slow delivery time, and we started going a few days after they opened. I always ask for Nellie as a server and Rigo comes by frequently to check on things.
Last week the hostess wrote down our large group reservation wrong (an hour earlier than we asked for) and gave our table away. When Rigo found out, when I arrived, he moved heaven and earth to fix it and I only waited 5-10 minutes for a new table for 8-10.
I really hope you give them another try. It sounds like just a very bad, off day for them. 4951
