So far not a good experience. Took 1/2 hr to get a margarita. Still waiting on food. Margaritas not that great. Food better be good. Ready to walk out. Busy but not that busy. Frustrated!�!!! 4951

Ask for Rigo. He will fix it and make it right for you. They could be short-handed because I had never had bad service there. 4951

We went there last weekend and we were not impressed. We couldn`t understand the waitress, and the thing that frustrates me is when the server doesn't write your order down. There were multiple people in your party, and she messed up the order and she got upset at us. I ordered a margarita and it took forever to get it. Our food took about 45 minutes. We are not going to be in a hurry to go back. 4951

45 minutes to get food. Just came. Had to go to bar to get drinks. Waiter never came back after the first round of crappy drinks.Messed up hubs order eating it anyway. Food OK not bad but not worth it. Noisy and crappy service. I hate to be negative but this has been bad. Others complaining also. They ran out of margaritas and salsa. 4951

$70.62 bill for 3 dinners. 2 bad margaritas. 2& 1/2 hrs. Now charged for a drink we didn't order. Can't get out fast enough. 4951

Went there with my husband last Wednesday evening. Big mistake...Wednesday is karaoke night and it was painful to listen to a ten year old singing (badly) for most of the time we were there. Very noisy and the service was extremely slow. I will say that when our food and drinks did arrive, everything was pretty good. Will try Rigo's again....just not on a Wednesday night! 4951

@noel: Last time I was there on a Wednesday night, there was a large group of seniors having a very large time with karaoke. This was very early Loretta Lynn style country crooner songs and they were tearing the place up! They were totally adorable and I really wanted to stay and listen to them longer, but mean old @BooBear drug me out of there. I hope to catch them again. They sang their hearts out and a few of them were really good. 4951

@donnatella hubby talked to owner and he said that the charge for the extra drink was to fix our crappy margaritas. We ordered top shelf frozen and they were NOT top shelf or frozen.We didn't finish our drinks or our meals. He said sorry, but did not offer to correct anything.We paid the bill but will NEVER go back. Worst restaurant experience ever and honestly I am not that picky and really not a negative or complaint type person. We had an out of town guest in for business he couldn't eat his burnt chimichanga. It was embarrassing. They lost our business for sure and I surely would not recommend them to anyone. 4951

Not starting off good for me either. I ordered delivery at 7:15, still not here. I called to check and they said it was just coming out of the kitchen and would be here in 25 minutes. Umm, no thanks! Two hours for delivery is unacceptable!!! 4951

@donnatella: That I could maybe handle, but how long can you listen to a kid sing Taylor Swift songs before you want to stick a fork in your ear? LOL It was really awful and we couldn't get out of there fast enough!

I believe you but I just don't get it. I've never had an ounce of bad service or slow delivery time, and we started going a few days after they opened. I always ask for Nellie as a server and Rigo comes by frequently to check on things.
 
Last week the hostess wrote down our large group reservation wrong (an hour earlier than we asked for) and gave our table away. When Rigo found out, when I arrived, he moved heaven and earth to fix it and I only waited 5-10 minutes for a new table for 8-10.
 
I really hope you give them another try. It sounds like just a very bad, off day for them. 4951

@donnatella I really appreciate your advice to talk to the owner. I guess since you know him you get better service. They could tell we were upset and dissatisfied. If he made any attempt at all to correct the problem I would not written the review. My hubs owns his own business so we are sensitive to the struggles small businesses face. He said sorry but did not do anything not even offer to remove the extra charge for the drink we did not ask for. I don't mind paying for good food or good service. We got neither...kinda feel like we were robbed. Hubs is really mad and he's pretty laid back. I am sure it will be a topic of conversation on the golf course tomorrow. 4951

Just to clarify, I did not know him before he opened Rigo's. I only know him from being a repeat customer. So, I don't get great service just because I know him...I'm just a customer like everyone else. 4951
