Gym-check! I made it to a class that was strictly for the core. Only a 30 minutes class. Abs, back, triceps added today. Ever since my neck surgery doing triceps makes me spasm profusely but I endured the uncomfortableness. I'll have my v back at some point. Already seeing changes.
Had a 6.4 oz salad with chicken, grape tomatoes,shrooms and chicken. 2 boiled eggs. I'm full as a tick.
I'm sleepy now too.
Dinner who knows. But I did get some blueberries today. Hubby went to the gym at 4:30 a.m before going into office and he is snoring on the couch. He has lost 28 lbs and is looking delicious! He wants 20 more to lose. Jeeesh men lose so much quicker than women. It's not fair! 4951
