My brother was having lunch there and observed an impaired driver driving a Ryder rental truck ( who didn't belong there) run into the big magnolia tree, stop, get out of his truck, urinate, get back in the truck and plow forward, ripping the branch from the tree and damaging the truck heavily. My brother got his license plate number, followed him and reported him to KSA and also a policeman he saw later at the park. I really don't think anything will come of it legally, but just in case anybody wondered what happened to that tree, it wasn't the storms.
