@beadweaver : I have found that having a daily schedule is important. Get up, exercise, take a shower, and have a list of these to get done, on my days off. I did have 3 weeks of staycation due to Covid, and set out on an exercise plan, mostly just to get Out of the house! I lost 25 pounds, I dont think you are depressed, but I think you could use a bit of structure and forward focus to enjoy life, and even small accomplishments, Going on a trip is just a stopgap measure; you'll go, but when you come home, with no changes in your current lifestyle, nothing will change. 4951
