I have mixed feelings about it. I think people may need to rent in a quiet place and I get that. I don't get how expensive these places are!! Ugh. A lot of seniors can't afford $2500 a month rent.

I like having a mixture of ages and people around me. So not for me. Plus if I have to worry about my bird yelling too loud, not gonna work lol

Other than for the trees, it sounds like a lot of NIMBY griping. As a society, we are getting older. That type of housing is becoming a necessity for old geezer like me.
