Someone asked the question if there is a charge to bid. The answer is NO, only a buyers premium is assessed if you are the winning bid. If you are the winning bid there is a 15% buyers premium. So I always tell people to figure that in to there bid... If you want to pay 200.00 for something then bid 170.00. Good question. Also when you log in the first 3-4 posts/itmes are the terms, including pick up times. The home is closing and new owners will be taking ownership so the pick up times are VERY important.

Reminder bidding starts to close at 8:00 tonight.. So if you are serious about an item be sure to be online at 8:00 so you can be assured not to be outbid at the last minute....

Another note... Say there is a item you are interested in... the system will have you enter the next bid in a increment such as 1.00, 5.00 or 10.00 above the current high bid. You can enter a higher bid if you want. For example... There is a dinning table and chairs, the current bid is 5.00 and you want that item, the system will ask if you want to bid 6.00. If you really want that item and don't want to lose it over a dollar bid you can bid 25.00... The system will show you high at 6.00.. it will not show the 25.00 you bid. But if another person bids 7.00 , they system will keep you "IN" until your max... So if they bid 8.00 it will take your bid as 9.00 all the way up until your amount is maxed.... Just thought I would share that incase you are not familiar with online bidding.... I hope that makes sense..
