I would like to see a HobbyLobby or Michaels in there. When DH and I come into KW to visit our daughter and the grandkids I would definitely check them out.

Maybe y'all are just wishful thinking, but you do know all Stein Mart stores permanently closed in 2020? That strip mall isn't nice enough for anything too upscale. Williams-Sonoma couldn't make it in The Woodlands. A Home Goods or Michaels would probably do very well here, because we have nothing like them. Fingers crossed!

My preference would be one of these: Dicks sporting goods (but already in Atascocita off 1960-really nice store) or maybe an Academy. Also wouldn't mind a Best Buy store for electronics. Other choices would be a mega half price book store with a small sitting area to read books. Something we don't have around here is an Asian grocery store, they have really really fresh seafood, I think it would do really well here. (Think it is called H mart?). Another idea is a small non-profit community play house where local shows could be done and/or listen to an orchestra etc.

but there are locations of both nearby, already. they don't want too many locations in on area; just dilutes sales. It may takes time, but something will go there,,,not sure what though. I'd like an Adriatic Cafe , or a Republic Grill.
