I asked it to create an accurate estimation of what Houston would look like in 2037 using current trending data if it continues in the same direction. Here's the result.

GiggleMugs : Interesting. I just added a word and used the same prompt. "Realistically, what will Houston look like in 2037 based on current trends?" And got this. It's amazing how a word more or less changes the final outcome so much.

And we deal with so many flooding issues that I get why it assumes there'd be flood mitigation or something, but there's no way that's Buffalo Bayou bc it doesn't stretch that far from the city. There are existing homes and businesses there and nowhere to build for that kind of flood relief. I guess only time will tell.
