Sorry everyone i haven't checked posts as I was in a car wreck before the fire fighting with insurance company because it wasn't my cousins fault they won't pay for medical needs to be other drivers responsibility but he had no insurance so I have been stuck fighting with insurance had to turn it into my insurance for my pip to cover my medical as my left side neck and back are extremely pain I can barley walk and have fell several time just trying to go to the bathroom thanks to all that put good comments

The HOA can also be a huge PITA when it comes to architectural review. When you're the only new house in the entire subdivision, they tend to focus pretty hard.
