HOA and Trail Assessments in your village and what village?

NWH has 2 separate fees
Trails 2025 was odd, $109 original then a special assessment of $50, I dont go to meetings, so idk what was special, I am sure it was the added cost of the hurricane, there were TONS of trees on the trails that had to be cleared.
HOA has increased a few times, was 350 for many years 2024 was 360.50, 2025 was 378.73 as was 2026

We pay in the summer and both are almost the same amount. It is under $700.

We get 2 separate bills for HOA and Trails. Last year's HOA was $360 and Trail Assoc. was $145, totalling $505. I can't complain, knowing what some people pay in other communities.

What are they this year, meaning 2026 - It's early so I don't know, but I think it might-maybe-could be close to... wait, what was the question?

Gone from Kingwood but Kings Forest HOA and BB Trails Association was billed separately.

$650 in Kings PointI think the separate trails fee is in the low $100s.

that is not really that bad, for what you get from it, in KW. Trying to remember what we paid, 20 years ago. Reasonable, then, though.
