Croix : In Forest Cove that's what's happening. I hate that. We were getting it every other month now we have to make a call and then wait up to five days. This is not what we bargained for when they annex us. It was supposed to be equal or better service.

sweetie : If the COH is going to do big garbage pick up this way then I think you should get together with your neighbors and decide who's house the pile will be in front of. If 3 went together then you could have 12 pickups a year.
