Space City Saturday PM update

SpaceCat : Yup. And we're still getting rain, which is just making it worse. The highways & overpasses are going to have big issues since the pre treatments they did are all but gone at this point.

Thank you for the updates! You are my RyanHall y'all!

StormChaser :
Is thunder sleet different than thunder snow? I thought we had thunder snow in '21?

Off to get some rest. I didn't sleep much last night. I'll be up early; around 2am. I'll update everyone then. Stay warm, safe & off the roads!💚💚💚💚💚💚

StormChaser :
Sleep well

StormChaser: 5pm news says it starts getting dicey, and just gets worse, from 2am, and I leave for work about 6 am :0 Thanks for posting the other info, too!

JamminTX :
One of my favorite weather related videos of all time.

StormChaser :
Thank you for the update. As of now, the night shifts are still expected to come to work at Amazon which is nut when most of our trucks are coming from the west and due north.

I saw thunder snow once in Ohio- coolest thing weather wise I've ever seen. A close second is the eye of Hurricane Ike that passed directly over Kingwood.
Looked at the forecast for Cincinnati and maybe they might see some thunder snow tonight.
I'm ok with where I am- going hiking tomorrow starts out a tad chilly but nothing like y'all. STAY safe

Jeepinbear :
Do you work for Amazon? Thank you for braving all our crazy elements.

Annie :
Yes ma'am, we've been told it would be business as usual. I do think our delivery stations are starting to call for closures though.
