A tragicomic story! I finally got Romerica's Drainage Study (how is the funny part). But it raises troubling questions about their floodplain development. Learn more.

Thanks for digging in on this topic and working with Fred Flickinger.
Thanks to Chris Block for sharing the documents.
I'm amused at the use of the standing body of water to illustrate how effective a drainage analysis will be. This company is in the development business?
icare and billcherie2 reacted BobRehak : This is a catastrophe waiting to happen if they are allowed to build there.
Next time make the request under Rob Behak. They'll never see you coming.

If you enlarge the picture and move it to the far right, a house is visible. Where is it? Village? Or some other place not in Kingwood? This is truly concerning. Thank you, Bob, for keeping us posted.

TEXASGIRLMAMMA : oh they'll be allowed to build there. All they have to do is give the right people the right amount of money and they will OK this project. It will be a disaster for Trailwood/Forest Cove.

Thank you for your continued perseverance. As a kid 40 years ago we ventured all over that area trekking through the palmetto palm swamps. It blows my mind that anyone believes that land can be developed.
