If you are taking a lunch and going back to work you can get it dry with a side or get it wet. If you want the full experience get it fully dipped but you have to get lots of napkins and have wet wipes or go home and take a shower...lol!Whatever you do, do NOT get a dry sandwich! It is the sauce/gravy that makes it. Below are the classifications:

Looking forward to this big time, I was driving by and saw people hanging out so I asked "hey when's the opening" one guy yelled back first week of February!

It's near Itallianos in Humble but not in the same shopping center. It is across the street closer to 59 somewhat between Popeyes and Italianos.

Drove by and spoke with the owner today. He said they will be open in a month, 2nd week in February so we are getting close!
