BobRehak : Some good news for now Bob. The issue is there are many damaged culverts on Taylor Gully in Mills Branch Village. I could give you the grand tour. With the upcoming hurricane season, I'm concerned that our storm drains in MBV will not empty properly or quickly enough into Taylor Gully.

There is actually a culvert in the pictures below, but you would never know it. I have reported it to 311 several times. I have let District E know about it and spoke with Miss Perez at KW Public Safety on Wednesday.
It's located at the Turtle Bridge over Taylor Gully just north of Appalachian Trail paralleling WLH.
