These are some slowwwwwww moving storms, damn!The area to our west is still heading in this general direction, ever so slowly. It is still severe warned with quarter sized hail and 60mph winds. Future radar still has it missing KW to the north, but it continues to stay on the due east heading so we'll see. The cell to our east missed us. This area in white is what will move thru this evening and overnight although severe chances look much lower than what's out there now. ........Picture taken in Magnolia a bit ago from the cell heading our way.

Edit..... this should go north on Kingwood. 🤞"Ping pong sized hail"Ugh this better miss us. I'm thinking it just will to the north. I've been watching it parallel 99 and it has been staying mainly on, and just to the north, of 99. Hopefully that bodes well for us and it misses us.

Severe Thunderstorm watch is about to be allowed to expire at 8pm. The storms to our west will likely go north of us, but that's not to say we won't see some run of the mill scattered showers/thunderstorms throughout the rest of the evening and/or overnight. Our severe risk is done for now but picks back up tomorrow morning, possibly early.I'll post an update in the AM when we know a little more about tomorrow's timing and how severe the storms are expected to get.
