New Gas Station and Convenience Store to Open on Northpark Dr Sp

I just wonder if it is going to be a Buce,s? I wish they would open one in Humble on Townsen Rd. across from the school.

TownHubAdmin:
Looks like new investors aren't trying to elevate, just fit in.Yet another Northpark business that will never sample my bank account.Maybe the silver lining is this place will put that nearby Shell station out of business or will lead another investor to improve that location- much like what we saw on the corner of KW Dr and Chestnut Ridge

billcherie2 : But will it have a car wash???

Will there be mattresses?

once the road work is done, it actually should be a good spot

TownHubAdmin :
Thats a pretty small station. Not a brand name, then it will have problems making money.

TownHubAdmin :
Hope it doesn't block the KDC billboard!

GiggleMugs :
That's what I was thinking outloud.

Capitalizing location on the future outbound traffic flows once construction is completed.

@Kaa054 :
that area is in Montgomery County and they don't give a hoot about Kingwood!!!

GiggleMugs : No. Tacos and hot dogs. 😆

It's actually a good location. Someone earlier mentioned easy in easy out. 2M is a good price. Hopefully with all that concrete it won't flood and yes I will buy gas here.
