I saw on the news this morning that the accident wa caused by someone rear ending an off duty HPD lieutenant that was in his unmarked car. Somebody in touble.

I am surprised that I didn't see great tire marks on both sides of the ditches. One side is obvious that something happened. Guess due to lack of recent rain.
