Heathur : If is see someone carrying a rifle on the greenbelt Im gonna tell him to take that stupid **** home.
ZMAN : Our next Darwin Award winner here.
HappyDay2016 : A person sticking a knife in someone's face is a problem because it is threatening them, therefore it is illegal. The man walking around carrying a rifle minding his own business not bothering anyone is well within his legal rights because he is not threatening anyone. Hoodies are popular clothing nowadays. Are all men in hoodies in that area suspicious and subject to questioning?
Heathur : They are looking for the guy with the gun, not a knife, wearing a hoodie. You are personalizing this search regarding carrying firearms and clothing. See the description who they are looking for

cbear : I passed this man on gladehill drive, I was not on the greenbelts. Not even the roads are safe
Pov1989 : Sad.
Lizvac : I guess my walks will be restricted to around and around my kitchen island
NeenaC0629 : LOL, even though that would get monotonous. I usually take Bentley for a walk around neighborhood. I won't let that stop me from going outside and living my life. This discussion has been locked.
