StormChaser : yep, it's sad. I have 3 dogs next door outside 24/7. Poor things lay under the tree that's between our house. And now she has a sign up: for sale, Saint bernads 😞 yes, I misspelled it to show what the sign says.
Pets & the heat Please keep your pets indoors 🤬 Every day this week, I could hear one of my neighbors' dogs (on the street behind me) from noon-6pm. Every day was over 100° last week & will be this week. The hottest part of the day is 2-6pm and that poor dog is outside 😢 I suppose I could go knock on their door, but people are nuts these days, and I don't feel participating in some huge confrontation. Just please, don't be that ******. You wouldn't want to be outside for 6 hours in this heat and they don't either. ⬇ï¸ðŸ”¥ (I honestly think these numbers are a a degree or 2 lower than what we'll actually see)

StormChaser : Send them an anonymous letter. Tell them just that the heat is 102°. You can't keep your dog outside all day. And that you will call the SPCA if they don't start bringing the dog in. And then sign it concerned neighbors and when you address it, just put their name as the return address and recipient.
