That job has been an embarrasment of a flustercuck from the day it started. Anyone involved in it should be shown the door, from both the group of incompetent contractors who are alleged to have 'worked" on it, to the incompetent government officials who mismanaged it and allowed the contractors to delay this project for years. They all need to hit the road (no pun intended).

Ticagro : I hope the 'completion' includes fixing the KWD entrance into KW. It's an embarrassment to have that as the first impression of our community when they drive in on KWD. And I hope they fix the south pond and fountain that's been a stinking mess since they started this awful project.
