Best Halloween yet! Hundreds of kiddos, 4 huge bags of candy, an

We had quite a few trick or treaters early when it was still light, so I broke out the second bag of candy I had bought. Then nobody else came after 7:00! I kept waiting for the high schoolers who normally come after dark, but that was it. I can never predict whether we will have so many I will run out of candy and have to shut down early, or whether we get seven or eight visits!

We had none! But in the past few years the numbers have been dwindling. I saw one group of teens walking down our street but they were not going up to doors.

We had 14 and only 3 didn't live on our street. And 2 of the 3 extras were friends of kiddos on our street. So only 1 not connected and she was about 4 and beyond adorable. 4 were teens. So happy to see teens, they were having so much fun.

We had around 60 in BB.

We had at least 200 plus trick a treaters in Greentree village. They came in waves. We shut down around 9:30 P.M.

Glad to see your neighborhood had a lot of fun, and was in the spirit of things. It was pretty quiet by us, and we have a lot of candy left. Funny thing is, I wasn't planning on doing it this year, but at the last minute my husband decided to go run out and buy a bunch of candy. I quickly threw a couple of decorations on the porch, turned the light on and participated anyway. It was because he discovered I had Halloween Mode on my Tesla, and was excited to see people's reactions that would come to our house, which was pretty fun.

I had over a hundred kids show up here in Kings Manor, brought out the Batmobile and R2D2 to greet the folks for Halloween, lots of smiles from young and old, weather was perfect and a great time for everyone. Gonna hafta step it up for next year!

We had tons of trick or treaters. Bought a ton of candy still had a few bags left when we turned out the light at 9. I like to stop before the truck load of kids show up. I don't mind them it is just so hard to do so many at once. They usually travel with several trucks together.

reefrus : I used to live in Greentree & it was very active every year! If I bought less than 4 bags of candy, I would run out before 9pm! (9pm was usually when I turned the lights out. 2 1/2 hours of opening & closing my door was my limit )
