they found the whole thing is Not connected to the entity they are speaking about, and the address for their 'offices' does not exist. It might be some kind of a campaigning violation, they said, on Ch 2? Hinky. I would throw it away.

>> Did anyone else receive a pamphlet in the mail yesterday titled Texas, trans and LGBTQ plus student resource guide? It was addressed to our home with our name, but to the attention of our children. First of all my children never were interested in any of my mail and I resent that this is being sent out trying to get kids attention. Anyway, I guess you know now how I feel about it. I just thought it was awful. I didn't post a picture of it because I didn't know if it was allowed.

It's a scare tactic by MAGA and the Republicans. Paxton can't very well campaign on cleaning up corruption can he? Abbott knows that he needs something to wave over the complacent to fire them up. lol. Let's distract our base from worrying about putting food on the table and the price of filling up the car. Let's get them out to the polls by reminding them that there is a big 'ol trans bogey man out to snatch their kid's genitals!

@everyone:
I saw that and as a registered Republican, someone who wants to Make America Great Always and intelligent human, I threw it in the trash where I knew it belonged.
#msg6038046Sophos3 : Still garbage, no matter who sent it… Ps- glad to have you back❤️
Agreed and thank you. The motives for the mailers were definitely questionable at best and despicable at worst.
I really don't care who wins. I don't think the electorate has as much say in things as they think they do. Trump voters above all should realize that by now. Not that Biden was any better either. Or Clinton, or Obama, or Bush… etc.
I expect a continuation of ongoing wars, more data center expansion, more mass migration, and the general increase to cost of living that comes with all of it.

Politics has become a nasty slug fest of negative slander as opposed to telling voters what they will do! It's pathetic and disgusting! Both candidates are bad so
You must pick the least undesirable! Pretty sad when you think about it. I be glad when November 3 gets here and the obscurity is over. Bothe candidates are terrible. Hold your noise and vote.
As many folks predicted, this is what the folks, who provided the 'postal stamp' to send us those mailers, look like: www.cbsnews.com/texa s/news/texas-transge nder-mailers-lawsuit -sender-investi

And how much Musk is doing to "save" this election.
Taking the high road doesnt always work.
I agree with your agreement about negativity on the part of the campaigners. With blanket both or all are bad opinions, no. Each candidate has offerings. They merit comparing when deciding on a candidate. I won't benefit but I like Paxton's $50,000 tax credit for 1st time home buyer's proposal. Pro list, Talarico should say hell yes. I like Talarico's prescription meds price controls proposal. Pro list. Paxton should say hell yes. If they don't do it, we have to do it. Eventually they'll have to learn from the unrabid voters.
