#msg6034663If you do nothing wrong, why would you care about flocks? They are helping find criminals amd stolen cars so all good

myopinions4me :
Because the data is and has been accessed by people who are looking for more than criminals and stolen cars. Like I said, look into the lawsuits.

Sorry for your loss, but I would have to question the action of having that amount in today's world. Lot more secure ways to transfer that amount.

pickme2 : it was very naïve of me, looking back, to withdraw that kind of money, but I had no reason to believe I would be robbed. Today, believe me, I have learned.. It was an anniversary gift from my husband, he had no idea. I had decided to withdraw it and put it in our home safe, honestly, I didn't trust the government at the time.. and interest rates were at an all-time low so I really had not much to lose by keeping it at home rather than in the bank….let's just say the safest place in the bank, never again. Y'all be safe out there. Make sure when you leave the bank parking lot you aren't being followed. It's a big thing today.

#msg6034659MrsC67 : You may want to look into Flocks legal issues before feeling the safety of a hypotheical dash camera.

Or you can just tell us. I have never been good with homework assignments. In school I always got it wrong.

billcherie2 : Next week one is scheduled to be installed on a pole nearby to view your driveway and front yard and monitor every one of your boring activities. Please get a t-shirt made with your license plate number printed on the front and back, so you can be watched even when not in your vehicle. And be sure to leave your curtains open, and keep your smartphone charged.

Afraid you'll have to look for yourself. Four out of five of my senses are cranked up to 11 and my executive functions are all shot at the moment. I'm going to be scarce today for everyone's good.

If you're not having a good day then just don't post. I would understand.

But there's no need to be that way with me. I was inviting more conversation. I am getting better with looking things up but I am turned off when people tell me I should look things up. That's rude behavior and it reminds me of teachers I had in school who said they wanted questions and then refused to answer with responses like yours.

I'm sure you're a smart person, but there's no need to answer in a way that inflates your ego at the expense of others. You probably do know more than I do about this. That is why I am asking . Just take the compliment and don't belittle others.

I wasn't belittling you. I was explaining. Don't read beyond what I don't say and imply meaning beyond what is written. I'm an late diagnosed autistic with cognitive damage from a stroke. Sometimes fatigue from both line up and make life a nightmare. I'm sorry your feelings were hurt. What I wrote was literal. I am not inflating my ego. At the moment I am controlling what little function I have. I could have not posted but I wanted to try to explain before things get out of hand. If you want reference here it is.

Sophos3 :
I'm sorry to hear about your life experiences. But we all have different trauma. I am very sensitive when people talk to me in the way you did. I am still seeing a therapist for my trauma. A therapist doesn't make the trauma go away, it just helps me stand up for myself and to bad behavior from others. Think about how others might respond to your words before you post. I'm not great at it, but that's why sometimes I wait a whole day before posting.

I try to lead with kindness. I also give people grace for how they deal with their life experiences.

MrsC67 :
I literally don't have any idea how I spoke to offend in the first place? Help me dissect my statement and tell me what did you perceive as rude or offensive. I have been told not to use my neurodivergent aid AI to clean up my text so I haven't. I have been asked to be myself and use my own words. That said, I just plugged in the statement and asked why it could be perceived as offensive. Let me know if what it says is correct. My brain doesn't have the same filters.

Here's what it said:

Original text:
"Afraid you'll have to look for yourself. Four out of five of my senses are cranked up to 11 and my executive functions are all shot at the moment. I'm going to be scarce today for everyone's good."

1. "Afraid you'll have to look for yourself."

• Why it feels rude: This opening phrase is highly dismissive. It shuts down a request for help or information immediately. By using the phrase "afraid you'll have to," it can come across as condescending or patronizing, shifting the burden entirely onto the other person without a polite apology (like "I'm sorry, I can't look right now").

2. "Four out of five of my senses are cranked up to 11..."

• Why it feels offensive: While the speaker is trying to communicate intense sensory overload, using a pop-culture reference ("cranked up to 11") to explain their mood can sound dramatic, sarcastic, or unhelpful to someone who is simply asking a straightforward question. It puts the focus entirely on the speaker's internal state rather than the task at hand.

3. "...and my executive functions are all shot at the moment."

• Why it feels rude: Using psychological or clinical terminology ("executive functions") in a casual or sudden refusal can feel like a clinical excuse to avoid helping. To someone unfamiliar with neurodivergence or burnout terms, this might sound like pseudo-intellectual jargon used to deflect a simple responsibility.

4. "I'm going to be scarce today for everyone's good."

• Why it feels offensive: This phrase is heavily laden with passive-aggression. Saying "for everyone's good" implies that if they stay, they will act out, snap, or become toxic to those around them. It holds an implicit threat of bad behavior, forcing others to tip-toe around them or feel relieved that they are leaving, rather than just stating a clean, professional boundary (e.g., "I need to log off and rest today").

Suggested softened text:
"I'm experiencing severe sensory overload and burnout right now, so I'm unable to help look for that. I need to step away for the rest of the day to reset. Thanks for understanding."
